MARCH 27, 1862:
The Battle of Glorieta Pass, New Mexico Territory (Day Two):
Union and Confederate troops
remained at each end of the pass this day. Except for some random shots being
fired, both sides spent the day reorganizing and absorbing reinforcements sent
to aid them.
